Elizabeth and I met for the first time two years ago as part of the Lighthouse Leadership Mentor Program.  She has been active in healthcare delivery and administration throughout her career.  Elizabeth was selected to the inaugural class of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technician's (NAEMT) Lighthouse Leadership Program,  graduating in 2023.  She has been selected to present at the last two EMS Expo Conferences on mentorship and is building a regional Ultrasound Program for prehospital providers.  She is passionate about patient care and the well being of the crews she leads overnight as a Brigade Chief of Virginia Beach EMS.
