Retainer 1-10 hours per year (cumulative) remote with one consultant- 48 hour turnaround

     R1 <500-small volume agencies 10 consults per year (not cumulative hours)

     R1 volunteer-10 consults per year-remote (not cumulative hours)

Retainer 2 -12 hours per year (cumulative) remote-Up to two consultants-remote 24 hour turnaround

     R2<1000-medium volume agencies-12 consults per year-remote (not cumulative hours)

Retainer 3 - Set monthly meetings-up to 2 hours in length-one in-person meeting per year.   24 hr turnaround

     R3<1000-Set monthly meetings-up to 2 hours in length-one in-person meeting per year.  24 hr turnaround

Retainer 4 -Set monthly meetings up to 2 hours in length-12 as needed phone phone consults -2 in-person meetings         24 hour or less turnaround for as needed/assigned primary consultant

Retainer 5-elite -Assigned consultant/monthly meetings/12 as needed-yearly-same day phone consults as                             possible. in-person evaluation of department operations with a written report.  All expenses included.
